Episode Synopsis

In order to address oral health among mothers and children on the Navajo Nation, we have invited Dr. Nicole Nelson, Charmayne Gene, and Tracilynn Carl. Dr. Nelson  is a dentist at Zuni Comprehensive Health Center and will discuss the importance of oral health care. Charmayne and Tracilynn, both undergrad students and interns with the Dine College Summer Research Enhancement Program (SREP), will discuss their summer projects addressing oral health and nutrition among Navajo mothers and children. Check out our social media pages!
