We can become better through our struggles of life-based on how we respond. Tragedy and trauma is where character and strength is built! Life is HARD! (Matthew 16:33) And we have a choice of how we respond...Let's GROW you guys! It's the best choice we have.

The Triangle of Well-being and Resilience model, developed by Dr. Dan Siegel (2010)
Posttraumatic Growth, defined as positive psychological change experienced as a result of adversity and other challenges to rise to a higher level of functioning.was coined by psychologists Richard Tedeschi and Lawrence Calhoun.
Research by Angela Duckworth, found that one characteristic emerged as a significant predictor of success. And it wasn't social intelligence. It wasn't good looks, physical health, and it wasn't IQ. It was grit: passion and perseverance for long-term goals.
