Normally this episode would be a financials episode, but I have had a crazy couple of weeks and am up against a flight and won't have time to finish the books for September before it's time to record. What To Expect From Episode 139
Your 20 Dispatch has been with us since day 1 and has been a huge part of our business. I wouldn't know how to slide tandems if it wasn't for Jake. It just makes business sense for us at this point in our business to bring dispatching in house. We have known for a while this day would come and have been communicating about it for a while.
To make the transition easier on both of our businesses, we are going to do it over a long time. The plan is to transition 2 trucks per month for the next 5-6 months. That will allow us time to build good processes and it will prevent a big shock in Jake's business as well.
