The Bible teaches us that we are not of this world; we are called to live a life that reflects our identity in Christ. However, we often struggle with the allure of sin, the pressure to conform, and the temptation to settle for temporary pleasures. The challenge before us is to fully surrender to the transformative process God has started in us, knowing that He will complete the good work He began. Let us remember that we are called out of this world to live lives that are holy and pleasing to God. Sin may offer temporary pleasure, but it will ultimately lead to destruction. We must surrender to the process of transformation that God is working in us, trusting that He will complete the good work He has begun. Let us not treat Jesus as just a life insurance policy, but as the Lord of our lives. We are not Egyptians; we are not of this world.
