Hartford prep. is for anyone wanting a college education, but it's aimed at Hartford residents who want to start the process at a Connecticut State Community College. Less than 20% of people who start at Hartford's Capital Community College and go full-time ever graduate. So, preparation seems in order. I will teach the two most important skills: Critical thinking and effective speaking.
