It’s Cervical Screening Awareness Week! Here is my story of receiving abnormal smears and getting treatment. It is also the reason that I teach Yoga for Women. Get your smear test booked in 😘 (P.s. Cold Coagulation was done under local anaesthetic and was completely painless! I wanted to add that, because I make it sound brutal but it wasn’t at all!)
