As spring approaches, a group of community-minded art lovers in and around Hawley, Pennsylvania, prepares to launch a vibrant initiative: Paint the Town. Hawley is the hometown of Lake Wallenpaupack, Pennsylvania’s third largest man-made lake and a huge tourist destination.
