Hi! I am Kiril Abazher. If you don't know me, here's a little bit about me. I'm full of energy family-loving guy, who loves to play drums and has been in tech for more then 10 years. I run an amazing tech company (www.ekreative.com), where I have the privilege of leading high performing teams, and create world-class tech products. Strengths of other people intrigue me, and inspire me to learn from them. In Happy Tech I explore the subject of maintaining personal joy, fulfilment and well-being with the people who in my opinion "have it" in their life. I want to say a few words about WHY I decided to have a podcast on the subject of being Happy in Tech industry. Let's start with a simple truth - life is not easy. We all want it to be easy, but it's actually hard, especially if you're trying to live a meaningful life, and have a positive impact on the people around you and on the world through what you do. I think most people want to be happy, - I certainly do :) Well, as life is continuously getting harder, I thought I'd interview and learn from some of the really happy and fulfilled people that I have met over the years to see how they deal with stress, pressure and what enables them to remain this balanced and happy life that we all dream of.
