When pursuing weight loss, people come up with many compelling reasons why they want to lose weight, most of them being driven by emotion and the way we feel about ourselves. We often judge how we look in pictures and feel shame when we look in the mirror at our bodies, believing this to be a way to motivate ourselves to lose the weight. But these negative, fear-based emotions are not a sustainable or healthy way to reach your goals. So today I discuss the concept of approaching weight loss from a place of love rather than fear so you can finally achieve the results you have been hoping for.
