Naailah Auladin is a Carnal Revivalist. She specializes in human sexuality and its relationship to an overall holistic life balance. We understand the importance of a good night's sleep, a balanced diet and an exercise routine have on our energy level, our emotions and physical form. Our sexuality is also connected and influences us in similar ways, yet we often neglect to include this topic in our self care. Naailah brings back the awareness on the topic. Her aim is to bridge the gap between sexual taboos and the over sexualization.
Her work is centered on teaching individuals about having a balanced sexuality which is linked directly and indirectly to our emotional intelligence, our ability to change, our ability to create healthy boundaries in both a sexual and non sexual context, amongst others. Hence the concept of a sexuality as part of a holistic life balance. Naailah's work focuses on the three main aspects of our sexuality, energy, psychology/emotions and physical form.
