We've all been through it, whether it's a team member quitting on you as you start your business or dealing with a disgruntled employee as you start your management job. We've all "taken hits" at the moment. We may feel let down, deflated, and even furious. Saying to ourselves, "Accepting this job was a mistake!" "I shouldn't have started this business!" However, taking these hits early on in your business or job can be good.
