Listen "The Light has Come"
Episode Synopsis
We are getting close to the shortest day of the year where there will be about 6 hours of sunlight. Many people experience seasonal affective disorder because there isn’t enough light. They even refer to it as ‘winter depression’. We can feel the darkness creep up and seemingly overtake us by minutes each day. But as soon as it comes, the shortest day gives way to the mornings and evenings becoming longer. The dark gives way to dawn. Today we are looking at the Light has come. When Jesus shines brightly in our lives, it removes the darkness and illuminates our lives. One of the first things we hear spoken by God is “Let there be light.” There was darkness over the face of the deep and God called forth light. Light has come.
Isaiah 9:2 The people who walk in darkness will see a great light; Those who live in a dark land, the light will shine on them.
