Not the least of which…...what makes a “bubble”?Now I’m not saying 100% that we’re in a bubble, however there are a lot of signs that would traditionally indicate that a correction is coming. Things like the divergence of purchase prices and rent prices, bidding wars, and the exodus of people from major metropolitan areas.
