And people who do set goals often feel frustrated because they set short-time goals, meet them, set some more, and keep moving the goal post. So what should we be doing instead? Have a 'North Star' - an ultimate goal and destination. Your North Star might be something you'll never achieve. But knowing what your ultimate goal helps you to reverse engineer the process to get there.Why you should strive to turn your fear into gratitude - By altering our thinking we can change our perspective. By changing our perspective, we can start to move from fear to gratitude. And we do this when we realise that everything in front of us is a blessing - an opportunity to move closer to our ultimate goal.
