Mack Farms began operations growing, packing and shipping watermelons. In 1989 Mack Farms started to produce potatoes, with sweet onions as the latest addition. Mack Farms recently added 2,000 acres in South Florida and a second packing and storage facility to their state of the art operations. Mack Farms specialize in Red and Yellow potatoes. They are also known for White potatoes, Russets, and Fingerlings.
