Half the time our problems aren't nearly as big as we make them out to be. If we let things fester in our mind, our brain does it's best to feed and nurture it. And if we aren't careful, those thoughts can cripple us. We owe it to ourselves to keep our minds and bodies healthy. This is just a snippet of something I turned to the other day when I realized I wasn't in a good headspace and I didn't want to unpack and live there.
