John Turner is a conservationist and author of 2 books about the nature of Long Island. He serves as Conservation Policy Advocate for the Seatuck Environmental Association and formerly served as Director of the Division of Environmental Protection, in the Town of Brookhaven. He will talk about Seatuck’s work on open space and water quality issues, how to prevent bird strikes at buildings, and what we each can do to preserve the natural world.
