Listen "Black Lives Matter "
Episode Synopsis
#BlackLivesMatter. It’s about time this is actively spoken about, these uncomfortable conversations are vital to bring big change into this world. Enough is enough, justice must be served. On this episode, Jassi discusses the recent events going on around the world, the death of George Floyd, police brutality and stressing the importance of black lives matter. She is joined on this episode by two guest speakers, Gilbert Awah, a black man who has spent a lot of his life studying in the US and worked as a paramedic on the front line and Lauryn Sobers, a black woman who has her own podcast ‘Booked and Busy’ which helps millenials find their purpose. They both open up about their personal experiences on racism and what can be done right now to help. This is such an important conversation to be had, it is essential to raise awareness, educate yourselves, protest, sign petitions, donate, write to your local Mp's/ Government and have conversations about this with your family and friends. I stand with you. Black Lives Matter.
