Greetings and welcome to the Gratitude Journal Project blog and podcast. Big thanks to you for tuning in and/or reading this entry. This is a project about sending gratitude out into the universe; it’s meant to inspire you, reflect positive energy your way and point out the silver linings all around. I hope you can find something within that connects with your own life story or perhaps be inspired to notice all the wonderful things that are present in our lives, every day. For the Gratitude Journal Project, I narrate my journal entries (and in the future, I’ll be bringing in some guest writers!). It’s a wonderful vehicle for me, personally, but I truly hope it serves to spark something in you as well.
