I had a very uncomfortable experience few weeks ago where I was feeling completely lost and anxious. I doubted what I was doing and put so much pressure on myself to figure life out, what my purpose is, and think deeply about my life. I was slowly going into negative self-talk and a bad headspace. I found myself re-experiencing episodes from the past and ill feelings towards others.
We all go through rough days, this is a reminder to take it slow, treat yourself with compassion and do something that lifts you up. Don't go into isolation for a long time, don't sit with that emotion for more than an hour, change your state and move your physiology in any way because your body has to learn to release emotions safely. If you're scared to be by yourself, call a friend and sit with them. You will feel so good after being held and seen. You are loved my beautiful soul, keep going. Sending so much love ❤️
