Episode Synopsis
Sometimes in our life we lack discipline and fall into procrastination and then we wonder why we are not moving forward in life and why we remain "stuck". It's not that you can't get the things you want but that you haven't disciplined yourself and taken the things you want aka your goals seriously. It might be in the back burner or in the "some day" land, that its just a dream. What if you can turn your dreams into reality? In fact, YOU CAN. You just have to take the uncomfortable action (the things you don't feel like doing) and step ahead of yourself, challenge yourself and take small steps everyday. It doesn't have to be one huge step that you take in a day, you stack the little steps and these stacks pile up and you see the amounts of small things that you do each day that then turn into your dream. If you skip this step, you will never move forward. **Reminder: be kind and patient with yourself in this process, we all grow someway or another provided that you give yourself time and space. I am not saying hustle and move from mentality but to be disciplined and let yourself dream big and know it's all possible once you start choosing yourself and knowing your purpose.
