It can be frustrating and downright frightening to face the jumble that is your inner life and to give yourself grace and permission to feel and experience things you'd rather run from and avoid. Today's episode is going to discuss why it's important to lean into and make space for your feelings and emotions and how learning to befriend the complicated parts of ourselves is an essential aspect of mental health.
