In the final episode of our 3 part Habits series, Dr. Raymond Prior and Chase Cooper discuss the final stage of habit mapping: Upgrading from the old "bad" habit to the new "good" habit. Episode 1 focused on the anatomy of a habit (trigger, behavior, reward). Episode 2 focused on the rewards, what we get from these rewards and what they feel like . In this episode, it's all about the upgrade. Can we give our brain a better option?
