Hello soul family! Another special episode is here for you. Today I'm speaking with Sophie Bachmann. Sophie is a certified Yoga and Meditation teacher, the CEO and founder of the mindfulness consultancy "Zen & Go" and soon-to-be restaurant owner in Bali. Moreover, Sophie is a conscious, dedicated kick-ass female entrepreneur. Believe it or not, Sophie and I met for the first time in person for this interview in her beautiful home in Berlin and I was struck by her presence, generosity, welcoming aura and radiating energy. It felt like we knew each other already for so long. I wanted to speak to Sophie about her very unique professional but also personal journey, her motivation behind her business and brand as well as her relationship to spirituality. Also, this episode allowed me to share some of my very own personal challenges and is in general very honest, open and vulnerable - from both parties.
