Natalie is a mixed martial artist and boxer, fighting out of 'Boonchu Gym' on the Gold Coast, under former x10 World Champ John Wayne Parr. She was formally signed to 'One Championship' in MMA and is a x2 National Muay Thai Champion. Nat is about to fight for the Australasian Super Fly Weight Boxing Title on the Gallen Vs Lussick undercard, on December 21/22. On the podcast we spoke about her journey, first finding martial arts after several traumatic experiences. Starting out as confidence building and self defence, then turning to competing. Getting signed early on, fighting and training all over the world including world renowned gym 'Jackson's MMA'. Her experiences at 'UFC' veteran 'Donald (Cowboy) Cerrone's BMF Ranch. Also her current switch from MMA to boxing, and the different approach in training that has followed.
