In today's episode, I chat with Essential Oils Educator and Natural Health Coach, Stephanie Moletti Murphy.  Stephanie Moletti Murphy is an essential oils educator and natural health coach for women. She teaches safe and effective ways to implement essential oils into one’s wellness regime.  Additionally, she coaches private clients one-on-one to help them reach their personal health and wellness goals. Stephanie studied health coaching along with more than 100 different dietary theories at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, New York.  She is an American expat, living overseas for more than 10 years.  She currently lives in County Dublin, Ireland with her husband and 3 boys. Stephanie and I go way back. We met in Sedona, during our Yoga Teacher Training and then we both lived in the UAE right after that. Stephanie went on to live the expat life as I settled back into the states. Recently, I found out about her new passion for oils and could not wait to have her on the show since I know nothing about the benefits of essentials oils and which ones to use specifically for fertility.
