Sometimes in life, we operate in a cloud of confusion when what we need is clarity. We have been so turned around and upside down that we don't even know what we want anymore, let alone, manifest it.  When that happened we need some CLARITY.
Try this process. It is called Clarity through Contrast.
Start by getting a piece of paper. Pick a general theme or issue you wish to get some clarity on. Draw a line down the middle of the page. Across the top, on the left-hand side, write "Contrast." On the right, write the word "Clarity."
Under the heading "Contrast" write what you no longer want to experience, one underneath each other.  Under the heading "Clarity" write what you want to happen or experience.  So the great thing about this is now you have some affirmations you can use at the conclusion of the exercise! POWERFUL Stuff,  y'all!
