Today we talk about Anxiety, what makes us anxious? , there are many things that do. God tells us in his word to not worry about what tomorrow holds but to focus on today. It’s difficult especially with a 9-5 job or other things that can take up our entire day. What if there are other things you could try and maybe it’ll help. 
Maybe Try God. Try Faith in him, hope, feel again. Be encouraged.
We encourage professional help if necessary, We would never discourage that. We believe in an almighty God. I believe he could set us free, but this is why we have others, community, family and friends, all kinds of resources for us to use. 
So please if you find yourself in a very difficult situation, anxiety is too much, you don’t have to face it alone. 
Reach out, speak out and break out. 
We believe it for us and we believe it for you. 
The things you will overcome with God by your side are infinite. He is your rock, your guide, believe and trust in him. That he will guide you to the people that are meant to walk with you during this time.
