#31 ~ Remembering Jesus
Blessings for Christmas and beyond. May we ponder the blessings of Christmas, may we ask Jesus what honoring Him looks? What gift can we bring to You, Jesus? As we look and experience rejoicing and celebrating the goodness of God, family and friends, may we also wonder what that can be.
 
— Isaiah 9:6-7: “For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and of peace there will be no end, on the throne of David and over his kingdom, to establish it and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from this time forth and forevermore. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will do this.” (emphasis added)
 
— Psalm 22:27-28, 31: “All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn to the Lord, and all the families of the nations shall worship before you. For kingship belongs to the Lord, and he rules over the nations…it shall be told of the Lord to the coming generation; they shall come and proclaim his righteousness to a people yet unborn, that he has done it.” (emphasis added)
