Purpose:The December series will invite the GoChurch family to see Christmas not only as a celebration of the gift of Jesus, but also as a season to unwrap the gifts He gave to His Church. Ephesians teaches that when Christ ascended, He gave gifts to His people. Those gifts include spiritual leaders, the grace deposits within every believer, and the gifts that God has placed in others around us. Many of these gifts lie “wrapped” in familiarity, fear, or neglect. This series will challenge every person to recognize, honor, and actively unwrap what Jesus has given, so that the whole body can grow, be equipped, and walk in the fullness of His purpose.Main Scripture:Ephesians 4:8 (NASB1995)“Therefore it says, ‘When He ascended on high, He led captive a host of captives, and He gave gifts to men.’”
