Darren Hudema is the Director of Training at PuroClean.  He is an approved IICRC Instructor, Master Restorer and has over 30 years of experience in the restoration industry.  I have been wanting to get Darren on the podcast for a while (but he is so busy) and locked him down for a 15 min spot during The Experience tradeshow/convention which thankfully turned into a whole episode!  Darren shares so much information (some of which I do not understand lol) and is a true EXPERT in his field.  We talk about the history of the IICRC, some technical stuff, new products, business and personal development and much more!  I had a great conversation with Darren, he has so much knowledge to share and I always learn something every time I talk with him.
