The Foundation was laid and it would be completed Zechariah was given a vision that he couldn't understand. So he asked for an explanation. Zerubbabel was a civic leader responsible to finish the work of rebuilding the temple, he needed encouragement.  God's work needs might and power...collectively & individually  Our most valuable resource is the Holy Spirit  Maybe small in man's eyes, but BIG with God God wanted Zerubbabel to know the Spirit would give him what he needed .  small - young, insignificant, unimportant. He gives the resources to began and finish the WORK Look at the mustard seed Matthew 13:31 God uses the small things! Don't despise them. They will be used for greater! Satan fears the small things because he knows God is up to something BIG in you.  Keep doing your little work,sis ! God wants His supply and reliance in the Holy Spirit to be continual in us.  God gets the  glory & gives grace because the work was done by His spirit.   The Chew    What in your life seems small or little?
