We also learn about how our strengths can easily become our weaknesses over time if we are not intentional about how we exercise them in a team. Cassie Carstens has trained leaders from more than 150 nations, he currently mentors Christian and secular leaders around the globe. He believes that part of his calling is to train transformational leaders in all spheres of society.
