Public sector workers across Gibraltar are to receive a consolidated, pensionable pay increase this year, with lower earners seeing the largest rise. This has been announced in the Chief Minister’s budget address. Fabian Picardo revealed what he described as the highest revenue in Gibraltar’s history, three times the projected surplus, and a new rise in minimum wage.
