Tim shares insights into his financial career including 24 years working for L'Oréal, the largest cosmetics and beauty company in the world with revenues amounting to about 40 billion U.S. dollars.  Tim’s roles at L'Oréal include Global Domain Leader Operations Finance Transformation in Paris and SVP Finance Corporate Operations, the Americas Zone.  He was promoted several times and responsible for providing overall financial leadership, planning and strategy for 14 manufacturing plants and 35 distribution centres located in 13 countries in the America's Zone.
