I had a coaching today, where we looked at a CV that was completely abstract and gave no information who the person really was. They reason why this turned out poorly is that she started with the wrong question. In her mind, she said "What do THEY want to hear?". That is the path to a poor CV. You need to have better questions and I deliver them in the podcast. Also join our facebook group with the same name as the podcast "Get a job at MckInsey, BCG, Bain".
