This year Easter falls on “April Fools’ Day” and it seems unsettling for a day of foolishness to be combined with the celebration of Jesus’ resurrection. However, in the book of Corinthians, Paul writes that the cross is foolishness to those who are seeking human wisdom or looking for signs from heaven—but to those called by God to salvation, Jesus is the power of God and the wisdom of God. Join us on Easter as we point to God’s power and wisdom found in the cross and the resurrection of Jesus.
