It is a social experiment based in a pseudo-marxist worldview of oppressor & oppressed society members in which "identity" factors relevant to race, sexuality, gender, body type, religion, financial standing, education, disability, etc. are considered in order to apply "equitable" treatment rather than a traditional meritocracy. It presupposes there is no god, which fundamentally points it in opposition with any competing worldview/philosophy that presupposes a divine creator.
