As we sit at Jesus feet this week we are reminded of the truth that we cannot by our own reason or strength claim the Kingdom of God as our own. It is not through our righteousness, our good works, or the will of our flesh that we have access to such a wonderful hope, faith and joy. This is the truth that the Reformers held to, the truth that Jesus taught and the truth that Jesus reminds us all of that it is only through faith in Jesus’ Righteousness and His grace and love that we can live as righteousness and holy people in this life and on into the next.
