Listen "Shattering the Language Barrier with goFluent"
Episode Synopsis
Tomato, Tomato. Happy, Hygge. Crush, Avoir le béguin. Bjndadvdlookdkatlkzdme, my three-year-old son.
Ideas & language are not always welcoming to one another when translating from one language to the next. While highly debatable among scholars (NERDS), it would seem obvious that this would be a priority for high-performing organizations in the #futureofwork, however, It appears that there is an overarching assumption in many organizations that ‘everyone can say everything in every language.WRONG.
In this episode, I have the pleasure to speak with @goFluent President, John Ambrose and how the organization isn’t just breaking, but SHATTERING the language barrier by empowering employees with the opportunity to grow outside of their native languages and consequentially, finding that partners aren't just becoming fluent in their fluency but demanding MORE access to further their learning journey to gain confidence and talent in and outside of work.
