Ever said, "I just love waking up to a hot fresh cup of feedback?" Yeah.... me neither. This week Co-Hosts of Full Send Living, Ethan Bricker & Nate Thompson discuss the importance of receiving feedback even though it can be painful sometimes. Most people don't enjoy receiving feedback. We typically didn't grow up seeking it out and usually don't enjoy hearing someone's experience of being around us. We'd rather stick our head in the sand and just pretend everyone loves us and that everything we are doing is amazing! However, feedback is one of the most valuable commodities that we can receive. It helps us see our blind spots.  It encourages the things we are doing well. It reveals the areas that we can improve on and gives us a road map of how to get improve. Feedback and teachability is one of the best things an individual can seek out in the people that are closest to them. This week SEND IT by asking someone you love and trust for feedback. Ask them this question: "What is it like being on the other side of me?"
