Janine di Giovanni is a master of reinvention; she hung up her war-reporter's spurs and medals to become a senior lecturer on human rights and international law at Yale. Her most recent  astounding venture, The Reckoning Project, promotes accountability and the importance of bearing witness of war crimes committed in the Ukraine.
