In today’s episode of “From Full”, I approach another sensitive topic: sex.
I also discuss the the mental/spiritual differences between women and men, and how we can handle those instances where our love languages collide and offend one another.
I share a few personal examples of how God has worked and is still working my husband and I through these frustrations in our marriage, navigating us through the chasms between offense and forgiveness.
We believe it is so important, in today’s society where many youth are left to learn about sex and relationships on their own, to be honest and up front with them about how males and females are different, not just physically but emotionally and spiritually as well.
Letting our kids see how God loves us from frustration to forgiveness, is a gift that can bless them in their future relationships! Also, knowing these things helps us better understand our potential relationship with Jesus!
It’s a learning process, and we for sure have not perfected it. But thankfully God is a great leader, and he walks us through ever step of it!
