Have you been busy with holiday preparations, or just the bustle of every day life, and feeling overwhelmed?
I was there too.
And then I got sick because I was stressing out so much that my immune system couldn’t keep up.
Not only did God come to my defense, bringing me back into the quiet place so he could minister to me, he took me from overwhelmed to overflowing again!
He also reminded me of some very important “presents” that all start with P’s, which we receive when we come into the Holy of Holies with Him:
🎁 His Presence
🎁 His Peace
🎁 His renewed Passion
🎁 A realignment of our Priorities
🎁 A higher Perspective
🎁 His Perfect love- which casts out all fear, discouragement, and lies of the enemy!
🎁 and finally His em-POWER-ment, to move from defense mode into offense, where He helps us put on our spiritual armor and battle against discouragement and more in His way!
In today’s podcast, I share candidly about some of the cares I had to cast onto Him this week. I share some of the icky feelings I had, and how he helped me turn those around and get back into faith and right-mindedness again.
I walk listeners through my “routine” in the quiet place (though it looks different each time, and is quite a bit louder and more passionate than what I could convey over a podcast.)
And I also share a great analogy He gave me about anxiety, its purpose, and what to do when we feel it shaking us.
I am praying that this podcast will help you, or that you’ll pass it along to someone else who needs help with releasing anxiety, overwhelm, and disappointment, and unwrapping all the “P” presents God wants for us to receive in His Presence, so that we are fully equipped and in the right perspective to live FROM FULL, not for it!
