"You're not hearing me!" "You don't understand!" "You don't get it!" "You don't know me at all." Listening with love is a skill that is lacking in the world and when people aren't seen and heard there can be dangerous consequences. We are in serious need of people who want to help others feel seen and heard, not SHAME them when they are acting out because their not. 
This episode is the opening to my new blog series. I decided to add a podcast in order to make it more accessible to more people. You might be wondering who I am. My name is Rachael Wolff. I'm a motivational speaker and transformational coach. I debuted as an author in 2020 with my book, Letters from A Better Me: How Becoming an Empowered Women Transforms the World from Mango Publishing. I use my years of personal and spiritual development, formal education, and perseverance through trauma to serve others from a loving place. I started writing the FromALovingPlace.com blog in January 2016 after getting my B.A. in Human Development from Eckerd College. I was a 40-year old single mom at the time. I hope you enjoy this series and find yourself coming back for more.
