"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.  And the peace of God which transcends all understanding will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7
The aim of the talk is to stimulate discipleship within the Christian community on the prevalence of anxiety, the barriers to treatment and how we can make sense of the genesis of excessive worry.  Also, treatment interventions will be discussed that align with Christian principles.
