We all say, "Man I cannot wait until It's My Turn", "When is it going to be My Turn"? How effective will you be when it's your turn? Only time will tell. That will be determined by what you are doing while you are waiting. Will you leave it better than you found it or will it be worst off after you? Next does not guarantee Next Level. We all have opinions when it comes to somebody else doing something, and we are the critics: I can coach better, I can parent better, I can lead better, I can teach better. etc... Better meaning that it compliments that which was already in place and not in a obnoxious way. Most people, when it is their turn, they try to out shine the person before them, as if to say, what they brought to the table was insignificant. When our turn comes, we cannot treat it as if we will get another chance. A turn is nothing more than an opportunity for those who are able to recognize the purpose and the impact of that moment.
