On the Freeway to Elevation podcast today. We were blessed by the amazing Self Mastery Coach, Aimee Worlds. The episode began with her sharing her gratitude for having the ability to breathe.  Aimee provided a brief overview of her path to Coaching, and how it evolved after she had spent numerous years in corporate america.
Ms. Worlds shared her journey of divorce, the responsibility to exemplify wellnes, and the evolution to embracing integrated nutrition, balance, mind, body, and spirit. She shared why the coaching work is so important to her. While also talking about the myths associated with therapy.
Aimee introduced the listeners to the power of exploration, discovery, and engaging all of themselves-the good and the bad. So they can remember what they have forgotten.
She talked about the tools she uses to manifest proficiency-fasting, meditation, and breath work.
Ms. Worlds call to action for people to lean into the purpose  are for them to practice self love, be willing to ask for help when you need it, being willing to be vulnerable (strength)  and cheerish the community.
