Pastor Jeff celebrated Palm Sunday by exploring Jesus' attitude as he marched toward the cross. He embraced the fact that he had to go to the cross and die a gruesome death for our salvation. Jesus faced this fact willingly, knowingly, and sacrificially. He told Father God in Luke 22:42 Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless, not my will, but thine, be done. Is it your desire to do God’s will even at the expense of self-sacrifice? Pastor Jeff defined sacrificial giving as giving to express your homage and God’s love. Teach us O God that in dying to ourselves each day we are actualizing our path to eternal life. Selah
