In this chapter, I re-introduce a process called AVATAR and introduce a powerful weekend experience called SET (Erhard Seminars Training). I also introduce a tool called the Leadership Circle that I have used very successfully with my students over the years. Finally, another tool is the Pathfinder, again used with my students in the MBA program.
